Hotel Aurora provides the transportation service from de International Airport to the Hotel and vice versa. Antigua is located 1 hour from the International Airport of Guatemala.

The cost of the transportation service is $35 one way.

If you would like to drive from Guatemala City, take the highway toward the Altiplano (highlands).There are signs that show the turn-off to Antigua. This highway runs through the mountains so we suggest that you drive at a moderate speed and pay special attention to the road.

Public transportation is fairly frequent from Antigua to Guatemala City, Panajachel, the Altiplano, and back. The bus terminals can be fairly crowded with people. Use the same common sense that you would use at home when you are in someplace marginal.
