Terms and conditions

Our cancellation and no-show policy:

There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than seven days prior to the date reserved for occupancy.

A 50% refund based on the money paid will be made for cancellations from seven to fifteen days prior to the date reserved for occupancy.

A full refund will be made for the services purchased less an administrative fee of 10% (a minimum of $50 per person) for cancellations placed more than fifteen days prior to the date reserved for occupancy.

There will be no refunds for confirmed reservations during Christmas and Easter week.
